Provided options.5 stars!Nov 2024 - Ryan P and apprentice replaced the pump in my tankless hotwater unit. Quick, efficient, polite, honest and professional.April 2025 Ryan P was professional, efficient, explanatory, and provided options for the repair. Ryan fixed a leaking shower. Chose a less aggressive repair. Thanks again for coming to my rescue, and going above and beyond.

I wish I knew everyone’s name but Nick was the first guy I met👍, 110% satisfied with the work and the team who did it. Very friendly and professional. They replaced our aging furnace, hot water tank and installed AC. Everything was done in a day and the place was left spotless. Our house had some electrical issues from the previous owner which were trouble shot and repaired. Great job, would use them again and highly recommend them to friends and neighbours.Matthew came in today to finish our installation. Actually just to hook up the humidifier on the furnace. He was very friendly and professional. The job looks great. It was just another good experience with this company. Well done Matthew.

I called romaniuk this morning they installed my furnace 5 year ago what a customer service amazed and then Jhon came to my house to look at the furnace that was not working and he came and fixed it for me very nice customer service very kind and I highly recommend Romaniuk heating and air conditioning services company 👌

Although I have heard great things about this company, their promotions are bogus. I had a rep contact me regarding their current BOGO, buy a furnace get the AC free and was told that is not in fact a thing. The condenser is the free part not the actual AC system. The promotion is misleading which leaves me reluctant to purchase from them now because who knows what else will be promised but doesn't mean what it says. And when alerting people on the social media posts, my post keeps getting removed because they don't want this information out there. Very disappointing.
